Namco Papercraft

Namco is a damn fine company, they brought Katamari into my life and for that I will be forever grateful. This character seems to be from a Namco game, but I can't figure out which one as I only read english ;_;

Tron Papercraft

Tron was released in 1982 and to be honest itreally blew my young mind, already a video game addict, the last thing I needed was a movie starring Jeff Bridges, a variety of at the time amazing "computer graphics" and a really cool "Light Cycle"

Gauntlet! oh yes indeedy. they even have cut out peeps to staff your paper arcade. I can only imagine the video game establishment that Ron Jeremy would own and run : /

Sadly no downloads or instructions on this one, but it's neat papercraft so it's getting posted here! Simon Elvin's paper record player is all class, I think maybe I'll stick to my technics (a bit more robust) although if he got two of those and a paper dj mixer....

Street Fighter Papercraft

The marvellous Funny Character Cafe, a fantastic site for Papercraft aficionados has had an update since I last visited and added a spectacular Ken Papercraft, if you don't know who Ken is go to local video arcade, find a steetfighter game, choose the guy with blonde hair and the red outfit and bash the crap out your enemies. Ryu has nothing on this guy.

Robosquare Ifbot Papercraft

In the last decade or more, the primary use of robots has been in the industrial sector. In the near future, robots are increasingly expected to play an important role in our daily lives. Some of these areas will include the home, workplace, search and rescue at disaster sites, work that is deemed too hazardous where a human life would be at risk. In the health care sector, taking care of patients, aiding in complex operations, and giving a feeling of comfort and ease. Robots are expected to play an important role in helping to cope with future labor shortages, in accordance with the issues of the growing low birthrate and increased longevity in society.

I am eagerly awaiting the day that I have my own robot that builds papercraft, does the dishes and level grinds in japanese roleplaying games. I'm not sure if the Ifbot does these things but he does look adorable, that's close enough for me.
