As I was browsing through the ever wonderful Boing Boing this morning, I stumbled across this simply amazing Transforming Papercraft Optimus Prime. Its a stunning piece of work and definitely worth the download and the build. Very very cool! yah!

Video Game Papercraft

From the game Soul Blade comes this papercraft and it's a pretty amazing paper model if I have ever seen one! Her names Sophita and according to Namco she's an 'emotional goddess' Sounds like a few woman I know ; )

Advance Wars Papercraft

These have been around for a while courtesy of Ninjatoes, but they somehow slipped through the cracks here at Papercraft World. I recently purchased Advance Wars for the Nintendo DS and my memory was jogged. Awesome game, awesome papercraft, although the papercraft's were easier to complete than the game!

iPhone Papercraft

Unless you've been living in a cave without the internet for the past couple of days, chances are you have heard about apples latest wonderful gadget the iPhone. I don't normally get excited about new technology unless I can play video games on it but this one has got me pretty amped, it's just so damn shiny!

Love or loathe the thing, it was only a matter of time (record breaking time in fact)before a paper model of the iPhone surfaced. So here it is, one straight from Gizmodo and another from Sneakmove. Cut it out, glue it up and wait for the real thing. Super-Duper!

Paper Model Mechs

Another amazing couple of Paper Models from this guy, He was responsible for this stunning papercraft, one of my personal favorites ever! He really has some superb modeling skills!

Free 2007 Papercraft Calender

Papercraft Santa Claus

Not long now till Ol Saint Nick starts his journey around the world and we here at Papercraft World headquarters couldn't be more excited, we're hoping the big red guy delivers a shiny new Nintendo Wii down the chimney! or at least Final Fantasy 3 for the ds!! Don't let us down Santa!

Papercraft Reindeer Christmas Decoration

The tree is looking super with the various paper ornaments I have found, so now I just need to build a few decorations to litter around the house. What could be more Christmasy (is that a real word?) than reindeer? Absolutely nothing in my opinion, so I've dug up an automated, animated reindeer that is warming up for the Christmas night run with Santa. He's so cute I feel sick.

Xmas Paper Models

My tree is starting to look pretty sweet with the paper model ornaments that I have been digging up from all over the web, one of the highlights that I had to share was Rob's Polyhedron Models. While not specifically created for christmas, they are truly amazing and work perfectly for that xmas-tree-on-the-cheap :)

More Excellent Japanese Paper Craft

I found these a long time ago and lost the bookmark, so it was with great delight that I stumbled across them again, nice big paper models of various characters (as usual I have no idea what they are from) they all seem to be holding utensils? Awesome. I'm still shopping for Xmas presents, more and more I am leaning towards just giving friends and family papercrafts. I would love to receive something like this for Christmas!

Wow almost xmas time already! I've been out looking at Christmas decorations and was utterly disturbed by the cost of the sparkly tree ornaments, as I left the store, not really feeling the christmas spirit, it came to me in a flash: paper christmas ornaments! My searching has come up with this gem, a 3D Paper Snowflake!

Steambot Chronicles Papercraft

I've been catching up on a few games from this year that have been on my must play list and the one that has really taken me by surprise is quirky little rpg called Steambot Chronicles (or Bumpy Trot in Japan, they should have kept that name!). Billed as a 'sandbox' game, it's a mech game, it's a dating sim, you get to join a band and play musical instruments, there's a very good 9-ball mini game, there is a lot of things to do and they are all done really nicely. At this point (i'm about 8 hours in) I'm picking it as my game of the year!

You can imagine my delight when I was looking over the official site and low and behold they have papercraft! Click on the downloads page and make your very own trotmobile!

Paper Mask

Brett Simons who was suffering from a midlife crisis came up with a simple and in my opinion wonderful solution to justifying his existence. Rather than a new Harley or a tattoo, the usual signs that a man is suffering from a midlife crisis, Brett has gone and crafted himself a paper mask based on his face

Klaus Herluf Moving Papercraft

This is a nice find here folks, a moving animated papercraft to hold high and be proud of, two faces, two um, stomachs, giant hands, a papercraft of perfection. I'd highly recommend you check out and bookmark the Art and Craft of Toy Making site, for some awesome plush toys and toy concept development. Super nice!

An absolutely amazing collection of cubic papercrafts are to be found this at this site, Japanese Monsters, mechs, anime characters, I'm dribbling all over the keyboard at the moment, where to start?? Have good look around the site for many many cubic delights.

Giant Robo Paper Model

It's the 40th anniversary of Mitsuteru Yokoyama's Giant Robo and to celebrate this site has released an awesome papercraft of the GR-2 Robot, packed with detail it's up there on my papercraft to-do list!

Cut Cut Cut Van

John Lacko a fantastic illustrator (you can check out his site here) has pointed out a great papercraft project that has the power to make the world a better place. It's pretty easy really, grab a cut cut cut papercraft van from this site, use your favorite graphics software to create a design, or better yet grab some pens, step away from the computer and get the creative juices flowing :) take a photo and send it to the cut cut cut lads, what could be easier?
